This page governs the use of credit/debit cards on our website.
IPAYMENTS LIMITED accepts VISA and MasterCard Debit and Credit card to fund client’s account. However, IPAYMENTS LIMITED does not authorize the use of credit or debit cards that do not belong to the account holder. All deposits must originate from funding sources drawn in the account holder's name. In the event of any third-party funding, IPAYMENTS LIMITED has the right to cancel or refund the transaction. IPAYMENTS LIMITED may charge an administration fee of 10 USD per deposit return which will not be refunded in the event of any third-party funding.
IPAYMENTS LIMITED has the right to hold the deposit for review. Clients may be required to provide additional documents including, but not limited to, a color copy of their credit card indicating their name, the last four digits of the card number, the expiration date, along with their signature, prior to any payments being posted to their account. IPAYMENTS LIMITED reserves the right to cancel or refund any transactions which IPAYMENTS LIMITED reasonably suspect as fraudulent. Please note that non-refundable administration fee of 10 USD per deposit return may apply.
IPAYMENTS LIMITED accepts prepaid VISA and MasterCard to fund client’s account; however, the cards must indicate client’s name. Clients may be required to provide additional documents including, but not limited to, a color copy of their credit card indicating their name, the last four digits of the card number, the expiration date, along with client’s signature, prior to any payments being posted to their account.
IPAYMENTS LIMITED accepts virtual and electronic cards to fund client’s account; however, the cards must indicate clients name and clients may be required to provide additional documents including, but not limited to, a statement displaying their name, the issuing bank, the last four digits of the virtual credit card, and all relevant transaction details.
Client can deposit funds by accessing the i-Payments platform, logging into i-Payments, going to the Money In section and selecting credit card transfer, and following the relevant deposit instructions.
Client has the responsibility for the full amount of all credit /debit card transactions on the account. Client authorizes any transactions by logging in to the account, completing security procedures and by providing the bank details such as card or account number, card expiry date, CVV and/or billing information to complete the transaction. A deposit transaction is considered final when authorization is approved and amount is credited to the client’s i-Payments. If a client deposit funds into i-Payments and then authorizes a Transfer or Withdrawal of those funds, client agrees not to chargeback, cancel, reverse or de-authorize the payment method used to make the Deposit.
Client are fully responsible for any goods or services bought by client that are settled through the use of the IPAYMENTS LIMITED Service. Any dispute with a Merchant regarding any product or service bought by client through the IPAYMENTS LIMITED Service is between client and the Merchant and client agrees that IPAYMENTS LIMITED shall not be a party to such dispute. IPAYMENTS LIMITED does not provide any warranties, representations, conditions or guarantees with respect to such goods and services. If client wrongly makes a chargeback claim, IPAYMENTS LIMITED will be entitled to charge client any fees IPAYMENTS LIMITED reasonably incur in pursuing the chargeback claim and IPAYMENTS LIMITED will be entitled to debit client’s i-Payments with the amount of any such fees including the chargeback amount.
For any credit or debit card deposit, client authorizes IPAYMENTS LIMITED to charge against your credit or debit card account for the Deposit Amount you enter, plus any applicable fees, including the Transfer Fee, and charges.
